Whether it’s leader, manager-as-coach or peer to peer coaching, the basics of coaching don’t change. We provide a solid grounding of those basics and help you to take your coaching skills to a new level.
Each of our modules is a building block of the components of good coaching, like Communication Skills, Influence, Motivation, Active Listening, Feedback, Personality Traits, Putting The GROW Model Into Action, and others.
You can take one module at a time or as a ‘tailor made’ in-house programme, or as a Manager As Coach workshop open to the public.
We explore how you manage the continuing transition from ‘boss’ to ‘coach’ and back to ‘boss’ again using your own particular strengths whilst keeping the team focused, productive and motivated.
